Biography

Philippe Boitelle is Professor of Prosthodontics and Hospital Practitioner at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Lille, and Lille University Hospital. He holds a PhD in Dentistry (Université Paris 13) and an HDR (Université de Lille). His research focuses on biomaterials and oral health technologies within INSERM–UMR 1333, with collaborations at the University of Geneva. Prof. Boitelle has extensive experience in academic leadership, research dissemination, and international scientific collaboration. Prof. Boitelle was awarded the 2006 Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Annual Scholarship (New York, USA). He has led both hospital and academic departments, managing a major teaching unit at the Faculty of Dentistry of Lille (650 students, 25 staff). He has chaired scientific associations, contributed to national scientific committees, and organized academic and professional events. His numerous national and international communications, both oral and poster, highlight his commitment to advancing prosthodontic research, knowledge dissemination, and academic networking.
