Aviv Shachi is an undergraduate student at the George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, where he studies public health on a pre-dental track. His academic interests center on the intersection of oral health, health equity, and population-level prevention. Through coursework, research, and clinical shadowing, he has explored how social, economic, and behavioral factors shape access to dental care and long-term health outcomes. His work aims to identify disparities and inform more targeted, preventive oral health strategies for young adults. Aviv plans to apply to dental school in the 2026 application cycle.
